Shweta Shari

Bachelor in General Law (B.G.L.), Bachelor in Law (LL.B.) and Master in Law (LL.M.) Shweta Chari is an Indian National and holds a Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.) in Labour Law and Legislations. She post graduated from the Goa University, India in 2013.  Prior to that, she completed her graduation in Law (LL. B. – Hons.) in 2010 from the same University. She is a registered Advocate with the Bar Council of India.

She has worked in India as a lawyer for five years and her major practice areas have been Civil, Property, Land and Revenue, Dishonor of Cheques, Consumer Disputes, Domestic Violence, Arbitration and Mediation and Conveyance. She has extensive knowledge and experience in litigation, legal drafting and pleading and she has drafted various legal documents such as Deeds of Sale, Agreements, Leave and License, Succession Deeds, Wills, Power of Attorneys, Affidavits, Legal Notices, etc. She has conducted and participated in various legal awareness and legal aid activities and programs as a member of Legal Aid Society, in Goa-India. She joined Fahad Bin Tamim in 2016. Shweta fluently speaks and communicates in English, Hindi, Marathi and Konkani.
