Mohmdu El Bachir

Legal Researcher Mohamedou Bamba El Bechir - a Mauritania national, graduated from University of Nouakchott Faculty of Law and Economics section of International Relations in 1996. He is holding Master’s Degree, in Law from University of Pereidnan in France obtained in 2002. He is fluent in Arabic and France and fair in English.

He started his career in the legal departments in several privates companies and that was for two years in France and eight years in Mauritania.

He moved on to work in UAE in March 2014, where he worked as a legal researcher at Dr. Jamal Advocates & Legal Services in Dubai, where he gained extensive experience in all type of cases including all types of litigation matters, such as compensation, civil, criminal, commercial and personal status cases, opening and following up the cases before Police, Public Prosecution and the Courts, in Notary Public procedures, in any procedures before all government departments, etc..
